Reclaim Desk charges a 15% contingency fee only on reimbursements the marketplace confirms and pays on claims filed from our packets. If we recover nothing, you pay nothing. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or charges of any other kind.
Every contingency invoice carries a 7-day dispute window before the charge is finalized. If you believe an invoice is wrong (wrong amount, claim you filed yourself, reimbursement later reversed by the marketplace), dispute it from your dashboard or by emailing hello@getreclaimdesk.com within those 7 days and we will review it before charging.
If the marketplace reverses a reimbursement after we invoiced the contingency fee on it, we will credit or refund the corresponding fee. Email hello@getreclaimdesk.com with the reversal record and we will resolve it within 10 business days.
If a packet we assembled duplicates a claim you had already submitted yourself for the same discrepancy, tell us within the 7-day dispute window and we will remove the fee for that claim.
