Reclaim Desk is a self-serve reimbursement recovery service for marketplace sellers. It audits your marketplace transaction data for discrepancies that qualify for reimbursement under the marketplace's policies (lost or damaged inventory, inbound shortages, return discrepancies, fee overcharges), assembles claim packets you file through the marketplace's official channels, and tracks them to resolution.
Reclaim Desk is not affiliated with Amazon, Walmart, or any marketplace. It is not legal counsel or a law firm; nothing on the service constitutes legal or tax advice. Reimbursement decisions belong solely to the marketplace under its policies; we assemble policy-compliant claim packets with complete documentation but cannot guarantee any claim will be approved or paid, or predict amounts or timing.
By connecting your marketplace account and accepting these terms, you authorize us to access your transaction data through the marketplace's official authorization flow and to assemble reimbursement claim packets for discrepancies our audit identifies. You file each claim through the marketplace's official claim channel. You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting your account; revocation stops new audits and packets but does not affect claims you already filed or fees on recoveries already confirmed.
The service charges 15% of reimbursements the marketplace confirms and pays on claims filed from our packets. There is no setup fee, no monthly fee, and no charge of any kind unless a recovery is confirmed. When a reimbursement is confirmed, we invoice 15% of the confirmed amount with a 7-day dispute window before the charge is finalized. Each invoice links to the underlying claim and payout record in your dashboard. You must maintain a valid payment method on file while claims are pending.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the cost and business data you provide (including per-SKU manufacturing costs you upload), for maintaining your marketplace account in good standing, and for reviewing claim activity in your dashboard. You represent that the claims filed from our packets have not already been submitted by you or another service for the same discrepancy.
You may use the service only for marketplace accounts you own or are authorized to represent. You may not resell access, scrape the service, or use it to audit accounts you do not control.
We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services and develop new products. We do not sell your transaction data, cost data, or claim records. See our Privacy Policy for details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including denied claims, expired claim windows, or changes to marketplace reimbursement policies, even if advised of the possibility.
We may update these terms with notice posted on the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
